This site (www.pascalprogramming.byethost15.com) contains pages that collects information from users who may use forms from around the site. The following statement will describe why and how any submitted personal information is treated and used.

At certain visits you make to the site, you may be required to elligibly provide certain information that is identifiable. Such personal information is considered to be highly sensitive and serious information that should be strictly protected. When registering into our forums, you are required to fill in personal data such as your date-of-birth and email. On submission, a password is emailed to you so that you validate your account and avoid any attempt for unwanted fraud registrations. This information is stored in a secured database. The password is not only stored in a secure database, but is encrypted with a particular encryption algorithm so that, in the end, it will be impossible for anyone to steal anybody's password during database processing.

We use all this necessary information to assure by whom and what type of source code is submitted. The name and email are required so that it will be shown on the source code page when the source code is approved. You will be also contacted using the specified email about the approval/disapproval of the source code submission. The author of the source code is required so to make sure who is the actual provider of the submitted source code. The language used will definitely be shown if the source code provided is not in ENGLISH version so that any downloaders will be aware of what they are downloading and what are they going to read. Your profession is not stricitly required but this will assure in what grade you are, having submitted any soure codes. Your country is also not required but this will be used for statistics purposes.

Other information from other pages may inlcude the submission of other users' emails, such as in the case of the send-mail-to-friend form. The email(s) you provide including your own will in no way be shared to other third-pirty sites for advertisment emails whatsoever.
